NAMBOUR CARAVAN PARK

Thriving Families has been working alongside the community at Nambour Caravan park to support family well-being and community change. As part of this work we have established an outreach community HUB onsite at 1251 Nambour Connection Rd, Kulangoor QLD 4560. This innovative project has been established to link community to services and supports 'onsite', thereby removing some of the barriers we know exist in this disadvantaged community.
